I usually accidentally overdose on peanut butter. I feel like it’s usually not an accident though. I’m investigating. I must confess that I added three hefty heapings on top, but it wasn’t photogenic so…it’s in my belly now. And it was some good shit from Trader Joe’s with chia and flax.
I see anything green as justifiable by the way. I made this smoothie bowl for breakfast, and I encourage you to do the same. Now. Once upon a time I also made an epic açai bowl (recipe here), and I think I’ve had a bowl fetish ever since.

- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 avocado
- bunch of kale
- 1 cup of almond milk
That is all. Garnish with beautiful things such as goji berries, chia seeds, granola, and a shitload of peanut butter. Than feast like a beast with some good magazines nearby. I just discovered Drift, it’s a new coffee culture magazine, and I never want it to end. Ever. The upcoming issue will be on Tokyo. I’m retiring, bye.
